One of our students, a Russian girl got distinction in this spring term ABRSM exam. ABRSM Tokyo office invited her to perform in the ABRSM high scores concert. They invited our piano teachers to their party after the concert. Everybody played well. ABRSM Tokyo office moved to the new office in Waseda which has a concert hall. The high scores concert was held in their new concert hall.
Piano concert 2018. September
We held a piano student`s concert on the 16th of September in a lovely Hall in Azabu. About thirty five people played the piano and three people sang a song. Our students are from 5 to adults. After the interval , many high grade students played Chopin, Debussy ,Ravel, J.S.Bach etc. We had a mini party after the concert. 100 people enjoyed the heart warming concert.
9月16日 麻布の素敵なホールでピアノの発表会をしました。３５人ほどピアノ演奏をし、３人が歌いました。生徒さんは5歳から多くの大人の生徒さんです。休憩の後、第二部では レベルの高い生徒さんが続き、ショパン、ドビュッシー、ラベル、バッハなどを演奏しました。演奏後はミニパーテイーで、100人が心温まるコンサートを楽しみました。
Japanese lesson and culture
2018, August . Two Spanish children came to our school for one month for Japanese lesson and Japanese culture. They enjoyed Japanese lesson Monday to Friday two hours lesson every day and six times culture lessons. Teacher Mayu taught Japanese. Kaoru taught calligraphy , Japanese songs. We sang “ Sakura “ and “ Tulips “with Kaoru`s piano accompaniment. It was quite easy to memorize Japanese words with melody. Kaoru also taught Japanese children traditional game such as Ohajiki, Kendama, Origami. We played together. The children tried Calligraphy – Shodo. After they enjoyed it, Kaoru put their best Calligraphy in the frame and gave them as a Japanese memory.
From their mother: Every morning, they were very excited to get to class with you. And every afternoon they were enthusiastic to do their homework and showed me everything they`d learned that day.
2018 Spring Term ABRSM Piano Exam Result
In our school 6 students had ABRSM exam in 2018 Spring Term. 2 students Grade 6, 1 student Grade 4, 1 student Grade 2, 1 student Grade 1 and 1 student Grade 5 Theory. All of them passed with high point. One of our students who got distinction was invited to ABRSM high scores concert in Tokyo. We were pleased with the results of our students who had worked hard during the Spring. We have professional piano teachers who are good at the ABRSM exam. Our lesson is also enjoyable. Our students always pass the exam with high point. We have mini concert in our school before their exam so they can perform in front of the many people.
2018年 春タームのABRSMピアノEXAMで、UKフイールズの生徒さん6人が 試験を受け、全員高得点で受かりました。グレード６が2人、G4が1人、G2が1人、G1が1人、音楽理論G5が1人でした。最高点で受かったUKフイールズの生徒さんの一人は、ABRSM東京の高得点合格者だけの、コンサートへの出演に招待されました。この教室の教師は特別にABRSMのレッスンの専門家であり、この教室の生徒さんは全員 いつも合格します。しかも楽しくレッスンします。EXAMの前にUKフイールズでは、受験者の為のミニコンサートを教室内でします。30人位のお客さんの前で弾くのは EXAM前の良い練習になります。
